Banquet Information and Procedures

 

 

 

Procedures

 

 

Menu prices are subject to 20% service charge plus 8% state sales tax. Prices are subject to change to meet increased costs.

 

A deposit is due on the day a function is reserved and is not refundable.

 

A final guaranteed number of guests must be given 7 days prior to the function date.

 

All parties are responsible for payment of final guaranteed number of persons.

 

Wedding Arrangements:  Menu choices, linen color, etc., should be made no later than two weeks prior to reception date.

 

Bakers and Florists: Deliveries must be made one hour before scheduled time of party. We are not responsible for any cake or floral parts left behind.

 

Final Arrangements: Items pertinent to wedding (matches, napkins, seating plan, etc.) must be brought in prior to reception.

 

Menu prices subject to change on holidays.

 

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Information

 

 

A warm and inviting fireplace.

 

The Chianti’s Room can comfortably seat between 25 to 100 guests.

 

We use tables that are capable of seating 8 to 10 people.

 

Linen tablecloths and napkins are available in your choice of white, red, blue, pink or ivory.

 

Accessories such as podiums or microphones, seating plans and envelope baskets are readily available on request.

 

There is never an extra charge for any of the services listed above.

 

Afternoon functions must be concluded by 4:45 pm.

 

Liquor is not allowed to be brought onto the premises
